PT Timah Gelar Lomba Penanganan Kebakaran dan 5R (foto: beritakarimun.id)Kundur, beritakarimun.id – Dalam rangka memperingati Bulan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Nasional, PT Timah Tbk Head Kundur menggelar berbagai kegiatan perlombaan yang melibatkan karyawan.
Perlombaan ini merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya penerapan budaya K3 di lingkungan kerja, sekaligus mempererat kebersamaan dan menciptakan semangat kompetitif yang positif di antara para peserta.
Semarak Lomba K3 ini juga dilaksanakan di PT Timah Head Kundur, para karyawan antusias mengikuti lomba penanggulangan kebakaran dan Lomba 5R di Lapangan Upacara PT Timah Tbk Head Area Kundur, Kamis 23 Januari 2025.
Perlombaan dalam rangka Bulan K3 Nasional ini diikuti perwakilan karyawan dari berbagai satuan kerja Seperti Kapal Keruk (KK), Kapal Isap Produksi (KIP) serta sarana Penunjang lainya.
Para peserta lomba akan mengikuti beberapa penilaian seperti menggunakan APD, mengoperasikan alat serta bagaimana memendamkan api dengan Apar serta kain goni.
Departement Head Corporate Communication PT Timah Anggi Siahaan mengatakan, setiap tahunnya dalam rangka Bulan K3 Nasional kerap menggelar beragam lomba.
“PT Timah terus berkomitmen untuk mengimplementasikan Budaya K3 dengan melaksanakan beberapa program, salah satunya menerapkan budaya K3 di seluruh aktivitas operasionalnya. Perlombaan ini salah satu upaya untuk mengasah skill karyawan dalam menghadapi situasi darurat,” kata Anggi.
Anggi menambahkan, perayaan Bulan K3 Nasional menjadi momentum penting untuk merefleksikan pencapaian perusahaan dalam menjaga keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, sekaligus mendorong seluruh elemen perusahaan untuk terus berinovasi dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan sehat.
Salah satu Peserta kegiatan Paizul dari satuan Pengawas Tambang Laut Area Kundur merasa senang dan semangat dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini.
Menurutnya kegiatan seperti ini sangat positif dan memacu diri untuk terus mengasah skill dan kemampuan agar selalu sigap dan cepat mengambil tindakan aman.
“Tentu saya senang bisa mewakili satuan kerja saya ikut perlombaan seperti ini. Selain membuat kita selalu siap, sigap dan cepat juga tanggap pada saat kondisi darurat ini juga menjadi ajang silaturahmi,” katanya.
